Victory Thru Jesus Ministry is a Christian ministry focused on advancing Christ’s kingdom by drawing believers into closer relationship with the Lord and empowering them to reach others for Jesus through a fresh impartation of the power of the Holy Spirit.
We seek to share anointed worship, gifted speakers and prayer ministry for miracles with the body of Christ at a series of Saturday evening worship services. Services take place at the rustic Red Barn worship center on Charles and Kathy Strother’s 500-acre farm in Fauquier County near Delaplane, Virginia.
Victory Thru Jesus also supports several missionaries and is affiliated with Truro Church and Global Awakening. An important focus in previous years has been raising up youth to respond to God’s call to mission and ministry.

Victory Thru Jesus is sponsoring a summer series of Saturday praise-and-worship services from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the rustic Red Barn on the Strothers’ farm in Delaplane, Virginia. Each evening will begin with prayer and worship led by the leader(s) and their team. Our desire is to praise the Lord until the Spirit of worship comes and then worship until God’s glory falls.
Following worship, we will hear from an anointed teacher and then move into a time of ministry led by our prayer team, trained by Global Awakening. We are believing in God for signs, wonders and creative miracles. We expect to see lives transformed through the powerful presence of the Holy Spirit. Come early and picnic on the grounds at the farm, if you like. (Water only allowed in the worship center.)

VTJM History
Victory Thru Jesus was begun by Charles and Kathy Strother in 1991 after a life-changing experience on a mission trip to work with the youth at a Youth With a Mission base in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. The goal was to further the Kingdom of God by fulfilling Jesus’ commission to spread the good news.
The ministry has conducted summer Bible camps at the Strothers’ farm in Delaplane, Virginia, to evangelize youth and train youth leaders. Victory Thru Jesus has held youth discipleship camps and taken youth leaders on evangelism mission trips, primarily in South and Central America. It has also brought youth from Brazil and Jamaica to the U.S. for Bible camps and evangelism training. In July 2007, the Strothers traveled with five young adults to participate in the Youth Power Invasion in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Victory Thru Jesus also directly supports missionaries, such as the Palhares family who served in Cape Verde, Africa, and Suzie and Paul Parker who work with youth in Blountsville, Tennessee. In addition, the ministry helped Pastor Luis Almandoz’ ministry “The Hope of His Calling” build a church and a Christian school in Nicaragua.
